Speaker bio

Jason Barnard is the founder and CEO of Kalicube, the entity knowledge management platform that tracks how AI engines understand brands and people. He coined the term “Brand SERP” in 2012, developed the Kalicube Process and the Kalicube Framework, and has spent the last decade building the only SaaS platform purpose-built for managing entity knowledge across the AI engine ecosystem. Session’s place in the framework

Jason’s Day 2 session walks the post-Won people phase — OPIDC — and the Kalicube Flywheel that completes the loop from SEO into business and back to SEO transformed.

Pre-statement of session territory

Jason Barnard and Bob Gentle open Day 2 with a two-hour live walkthrough of the post-Won people phase — OPIDC (Onboarded, Performed, Integrated, Devoted, Codified) — and the Codified discipline that closes the loop back to SEO. Where Day 1 covered the algorithm and bot phases of the pipeline, Day 2 covers what happens after the brand wins: how the customer experience, real-world advocacy, and structured evidence generation feed back into the AI Engine Pipeline as the corroboration substrate that makes the next customer recommendation more confident.

The session introduces the Kalicube Flywheel — the loop from SEO into business outcomes and back to SEO transformed — and makes the strategic argument that this is where the SEO function earns a seat at the C-suite table. The framework’s claim is direct: the brands that codify their customer outcomes into machine-readable evidence are the brands AI engines will recommend with confidence, and SEOs are the discipline that has both the technical understanding of how AI engines read evidence and the measurement infrastructure to track whether it is working.

The Day 2 pre-recorded sessions drop simultaneously across the day. Each one is a practitioner or operator voice illustrating a specific segment of the Serve phase or the Codified loop from their own vertical or discipline. The live walkthrough is the architectural close for the entire summit.
