Speaker bio
Kasper Kulikowski is a Senior Developer Relations Engineer on Google’s Chrome AI DevRel team, where he enables web developers to build the next generation of experiences with AI. He is one of the primary voices behind WebMCP — a new browser-native protocol that lets any web page register tools for AI agents, replacing scraping and brittle DOM interaction with structured, typed tool calls that agents can discover and invoke directly from the browser. Kasper was a featured speaker at Google I/O 2026, where he presented on how to build websites for the agentic era. Based in Gdańsk, Poland, he has previously held roles at Dynatrace, Harness, and Epic Games before joining Google.
What Kasper brings to Kalicube Summit
Kasper Kulikowski brings the web infrastructure engineer’s perspective to the agentic commerce conversation — the person inside Google who is actually building the standard that determines how AI agents will interact with websites at the browser level. Where other Day 2 sessions cover what brands need to do to be selected by AI agents, Kasper covers the mechanism by which that selection happens: the WebMCP protocol that lets a website expose exactly what it can do to an agent, rather than waiting for the agent to scrape and infer.
This is the most technically foundational session on Day 2. The Delegation Boundary framework maps four modes of user delegation; Kasper’s session covers the web architecture that makes those modes technically possible. A brand that understands WebMCP does not just manage its AI Résumé — it actively instructs agents how and where to interact with its site. That is a different order of control, and it is available now.
His presence at Kalicube Summit 2026 is the Google engineering endorsement of the agentic web architecture that the framework’s Day 2 cluster has been building toward. It is the on-camera corroboration from inside the platform that validates the practitioner-side argument.

Session 2.11 Kasper Kulikowski on Kasper Kulikowski on Agential Web Architecture — On-Site vs External Agents, WebMCP, and Accessibility Day 2, June 25, 2026 Framework concept: Delegation Boundary and Untrained Salesforce — the Delegation Boundary maps where AI agents act on a user’s behalf; Kasper’s session covers the web standard that makes that delegation technically precise rather than probabilistic. One-line description: Kasper covers the WebMCP standard from inside Google Chrome DevRel — what it means for brands to expose structured tools to AI agents, how on-site and external agents differ in how they interact with web properties, and why accessibility in the agentic sense is the next frontier for web development.

Kasper’s place in the wider framework conversation
Kasper’s work on WebMCP represents a fundamentally different model for agent-web integration — one where the website actively participates in how agents use it, rather than passively waiting to be scraped or indexed. In the Kalicube Framework’s terms, this is the infrastructure layer of the Untrained Salesforce: the technical architecture that turns a website into an always-on, agent-readable interface that works for the brand twenty-four hours a day. His Google I/O 2026 session on building websites for the agentic era makes him the most directly authoritative voice on this territory in the entire summit programme.
