Speaker bio
Nir Zavaro is the founder and CEO of Streetwise Agency, a brand storytelling and positioning agency he established in 2011. He is the author of F*ck the Slides, has delivered workshops and keynotes in more than thirty countries, and has mentored hundreds of startups through programmes including Techstars and SigmaLabs. He lectures at Tel Aviv University, serves on the European Regional Council of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), and has spent fifteen years developing frameworks for why most brands say the same thing regardless of how much content they produce. His work on brand positioning and strategic storytelling converges with the AI era’s central brand problem: AI engines can describe what you do, but they cannot position you. That job belongs to the brand.
What Nir brings to Kalicube Summit 2026
Nir Zavaro brings the brand strategist’s vantage to a problem the technical SEO community has named but struggled to solve: most brands are legible to AI engines but not distinctive. AI engines can describe what they do; they cannot position them strategically. That gap is Nir’s territory, and he has been working it from the brand storytelling angle for fifteen years.
At Kalicube Summit 2026, Nir covers the Framing Gap — why AI engines can describe a brand accurately but cannot position it strategically, why most brands sound the same even though they produce more content than ever, and why brand positioning is work the brand itself has to do deliberately because AI literally cannot do it for them. His session is the founder-facing translation of the Doubt Tax (AI hedges when there is nothing distinctive to commit to) and Entity Substrate Fidelity (consistent brand signal across years builds the substrate AI can trust).
Nir’s Day 2 session bridges the technical pipeline conversation from Day 1 and the business-strategy conversation that Day 2 builds toward, bringing the C-suite vantage on the Framing Gap into the framework’s people phase.
Nir’s session at the Summit
Session 2.16 Nir Zavaro on the Framing Gap from the C-suite Vantage Day 2, June 25, 2026 Framework concept: The Framing Gap (coined by Jason Barnard in 2026) applied at the C-suite and business strategy level. SEL Article: The framing gap: Why AI can’t position your brand, Article 11 of Jason Barnard at Kalicube’s Search Engine Land series. Read the preview | Watch the session

One-line description: Nir covers the Framing Gap from the C-suite vantage — establishing where the AI engine’s descriptive capability stops and the brand’s positioning work must begin, and translating that structural argument into the C-suite business decision: who owns the Framing Gap in the organisation, and what it costs when it is left undone.
Nir’s place in the wider framework conversation
Nir Zavaro’s brand positioning methodology — built across fifteen years of working with founders, startups, and established brands in more than thirty countries — independently documents the Framing Gap problem at the strategic business level. His F*ck the Slides approach to cutting through messaging noise names the same distinctiveness problem the framework identifies at the Grounded and Displayed gates. His summit session bridges the technical pipeline conversation and the C-suite strategy conversation.
